Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro or Own Key anytime from Manage subscription in the app. Your subscription won't renew, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan — your lessons stay yours.

Refunds

• 7-day guarantee on your first payment: if a paid plan isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, as long as you've used less than 2 hours of video time on it.
• Renewals: monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next one. For a yearly plan, ask within 7 days of the renewal date for a full refund if you haven't used the plan since.
• Problems on our side: if a service failure stopped you from using your plan, tell us and we'll refund the affected period.
• Own Key: what Google charges for AI use on your own API key is between you and Google — we can't refund it.
• Charged twice or by mistake? We'll refund the extra charge.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to ask

Email support@unwatch.in from your account email with the date of the payment. We reply within 2 business days.
