Unwatch

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Questions about this page? Email support@unwatch.in.

These terms are an agreement between you and Deepak Sharma, an individual based in India who runs Unwatch ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Unwatch you agree to them.

1. What Unwatch does

Unwatch turns publicly available YouTube videos and playlists that you choose into written lessons, and offers an AI tutor, quizzes, flashcards and notes about them. Lessons are produced by AI and may contain mistakes — check anything important against the original video. Unwatch is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans, limits and payment

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Unwatch running, but it's provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable, for example when YouTube, Google's AI services or our providers are down. We may change, add or remove features.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Unwatch at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may close accounts that break these terms; if we close yours without a good reason, we'll refund the unused part of any paid period.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhiwani, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and change the date above. For important changes we'll also email you. Continuing to use Unwatch after a change means you accept it.
